It’s not your fault you’re fat. Almost everything you eat is calorie dense. No one ever taught you how to make food that tastes just as good but is low calorie dense instead. This way you feel full off a smaller amount. You can eat more but have consumed less calories. You naturally feel full and comfortable while in a calorie deficit and you won’t even notice you are in one, and you will begin losing weight effortlessly.
Weight loss really is that easy when you understand how important nutrition is. Don’t get me wrong I still want you to workout. Everyone must reach their genetic potential so you must exercise as well there is no excuse around this. But exercise in regards to weight loss specifically is only one small aspect.
I know people who workout all the time but never lose weight. This is because you cannot out train a bad diet. Even if you burn 3000 calories, if you are still eating 3000 calories you will never lose body fat. You can still gain muscle though. Muscle mass and body fat are two completely unrelated variables that you have complete control over through different physiological methods.
Eat smarter, move around more, lift heavy shit, and sleep good.
